At Banamallira Mahak, we deal exclusively in digital eBooks. All our products are delivered electronically via email. We do not offer any physical shipping or printed book delivery.
1. Delivery Method
After successful payment, the download link for your purchased eBook will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery is instant in most cases. However, depending on email service providers, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.
2. No Physical Shipping
- We do not ship any physical items such as printed books, CDs, or USB drives.
- All products are digital downloads only.
3. Download Issues
- If you do not receive your eBook download link within 1 hour after payment, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
- If the issue persists, contact us at Email- contact@banamalli.org with your Order ID, and we will resend the download link.
4. Incorrect Email Address
- Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Banamallira Mahak is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email provided by the customer.
5. Refund or Replacement
- As digital products are non-returnable, no refunds will be provided once the download link is delivered.
- However, if your download link is broken or inaccessible, we will repair or resend the file at no additional cost
